A new wave in education.
Worrying about the impact that COVID-19 has had on your elementary age child’s academic skills?
Latest research shows students falling behind and projections indicate that by the new school year, students might only have made 66% gains in reading and only 44% gains in math, compared to previous school years. Nine out of ten parents worry that their children have fallen behind academically due to school closures related to COVID (Kuhfeld, Soland, et al., 2020; Rand, 2020, Education Trust, 2020).
The Laguna Project has created an educational evaluation that quickly and thoroughly assesses the essential elements of academic learning including reading, math, written and oral language. The data from the assessment identifies individual strengths and weaknesses in these specific skills and gives parents a thorough understanding of their student’s skills. This enables educational enrichment programs to target and develop areas of weakness and further build strengths that will solidify skills..

The assessment can be in person or online via Zoom. All social distancing and health guidelines will be followed if in person.
Fee
IAS fee for academic assessment is:
Online: $425.00
In person: $375.00
